Scope of Work

The scope of this renovation project includes a comprehensive transformation of a residential villa encompassing both ground and first floors. The works will cover civil modifications, flooring, ceiling, MEP upgrades, and complete interior refurbishment with modern and functional design integration. Specific areas include living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, wardrobes, utility areas, and outdoor elements as applicable.

Key Scope Elements:

• Demolition & Civil Works: Safe removal of existing partitions, flooring, ceilings, and finishes where required.
• Flooring: Installation of premium tiles, marble, or wood-look finishes including underlay and skirting.
• Ceilings: Full demolition of existing gypsum ceilings and installation of new ones with cove lighting and access panels.
• Wall Finishes: Repainting and/or wallpaper installation across the villa.
• Joinery Works: Custom wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, vanity units, and storage.
• Washrooms: Full refurbishment including tiling, waterproofing, sanitary ware, plumbing, and concealed fixtures.
• Electrical Works: Complete rewiring as required, installation of switches, sockets, lights, and provision for smart controls.
• HVAC: Testing and servicing of AC units, duct cleaning, and possible replacements.
• Site Clearance & Finishing: Cleaning, polishing, and final touch-ups to hand over a move-in ready villa.
